What we collect
If you submit the enquiry form we collect the details you type into it: your name, email address, and any company name, shipment and cargo details, and message you choose to provide.
Why we collect it
Solely to respond to your enquiry and to quote and arrange the shipment you asked about. We do not sell your details, and we do not use them for marketing unless you ask us to.
How it reaches us
The form delivers your details to our own email inbox. Delivery is handled by a third-party form-relay service, which processes the message in transit and does not retain it for its own purposes. Basic technical information — the time of submission and the originating IP address — is included so we can identify abuse of the form.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives a request from your browser in order to serve them.
Retention and your rights
Enquiries are kept in our email records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our record-keeping obligations. To ask what we hold, to correct it, or to have it deleted, email shipping@

All business we undertake — freight forwarding, haulage, warehousing, packing and related services — is transacted subject to our Standard Trading Conditions, which are the Standard Trading Conditions of the Singapore Logistics Association (SLA). These conditions contain provisions that, in certain circumstances, exempt or limit our liability and set time limits within which claims must be made. A copy is available on request and is issued with, or referenced in, every quotation, booking confirmation and invoice. Where they conflict with anything on this website, the Standard Trading Conditions and the specific contract terms prevail — this page does not vary them.
